We stay current with all recalled toy notices and remove any recalled toy immediately from our offerings. All toys are CPSIA compliant. We proudly

Every Mary Meyer Toy has passed CPSIA testing and is a certified safe
toy. Other toy brands are: First & Main, Baby Einstein, Disney, Fisher Price, Carter,
Gerber, MiYim, Russ Berrie Baby, and more. All products from these manufacturers are CPSIA certified.

If the cake you're ordering includes a baby feeding bottle, you can
rest assured that we only include BPA FREE bottles (or you can add in
the comments during checkout that you don't want a baby bottle at all).
