ORDER PROCESSING
We know that once you've placed your order, you want it delivered ASAP!
Rest assured, we do our extreme best to process and ship orders as fast as possible! As a guide, we show the approximate order processing time in the product description ("Availability"). If nothing is stated, orders usually process and ship out within 2-3 business days AFTER your order is received. Although we strive to process orders as quick as possible, please keep in mind that many of our products are handcrafted and made upon receipt of your order, and the stated processing times can vary depending on current order volume.
All days are "Business Days" (Mon-Fri, excluding all holidays).
Availability and How to Estimate Ground Delivery Time
* Availability/Ships in "x" Days = the time it takes to process your order.
* Transit/Delivery time is in ADDITION to the processing time.
* To estimate when your order will be delivered:
1. Add 4-5 business days "Transit" time to the "Availability" days
2. Count out the total days on a calendar, starting with the day AFTER you placed your order.
3. Do not count weekends or holidays.
4. The resulting date is a close estimate of when you can expect your order to be delivered.
RUSH ORDERS & DATE SPECIFIC ORDERS
Please call us or send us an email if you need your order in a hurry and/or need it for your Special Event. Though we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date (because we cannot control delivery delays caused by carrier errors, weather conditions, etc.), we will however try our best to meet your deadlines. If we can accommodate your rush order, you must select "Rush Processing" for an additional fee of $10.00.
SHIPPING
* All items are available for delivery to most USA addresses.
* Carriers are at our discretion (Usually FEDEX, UPS or USPS).
* Delivery Charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and are "Estimates" Only. Charges may be more especially if your order needs to packed in separate boxes or requires an "oversize" box.
PAYMENTS
* We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your receipt/statement will reflect your purchase from us as Tumbleweed Babies or Tumlinson & Co. Baby Gifts.
CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled. If at any time we allow an exception, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee applies.
RETURNS
Your Satisfaction is GUARANTEED!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping)! Here are the Details:
* If you are not satisfied with the item(s) ordered, please notify us right away via e-mail to request a "Return Authorization Number (RAN)" and return instructions. You must provide a reason for the return.
* Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging and must be returned to us within 30 days of the "purchase date" and with a valid RAN. We refuse all unauthorized returns - no exceptions.
* All returns must include a tracking #.
* We will credit 100% of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. All credits will be refunded to the credit card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
* Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit. Blooming Baby Gifts (Tumbleweed Babies) reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if above guidelines have not been met.
* Returns due to delivery failure by a requested delivery date are not allowed since we do not guarantee date specific delivery (no exceptions).
* Personalized Products/Custom Orders - All sales are final ~ no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
* If all or part of your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can file a claim with the carrier.
* Once we receive confirmation from the carrier that the claim will be paid we will replace or exchange the damaged item(s) or issue a refund (limited to the damaged item(s) only - not your entire order).
*If you want the order re-done/re-shipped prior to claim settlement, it will be considered a new order and must be paid for.
* DO NOT RETURN the damaged item(s) unless instructed to do so.
ERRORS
If we make a mistake, we will correct the error, refund or exchange the item(s) at no additional cost.
DISCLAIMER

Baby Gifts) are not to be held liable for any loss incurred through the use of this website, products and/or the information contained herein. If you are dissatisfied, your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using this website. We assume no liability for packages lost, damaged or destroyed due to events beyond our control such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, man-made disasters.
